We require the following to get started on your GPS monitoring
Court Information:
There is usually a Court order given for the type of monitoring (home confinement / work release / alcohol usage / stay away areas) and allowable exceptions to being at home (work / child pickup and drop off / rehab meetings). Often times a Judge will order a follow-up with the Court, Probation Officer and District Attorney on how the client has performed. This is usually stated in the above mentioned Court order and is paperwork required by North Bay EM.
We prefer to have the court state that North Bay EM is approved for the monitoring of each client. (You might want to bring our brochure to court with you) We are also available to contact the Judge or District Attorney about our program.
Client Information:
Name, address, cell phone, home phone, work address, etc. is required by North Bay EM. This information can filed out electronically here on our website or can be printed and returned by mail. All information will be reviewed at an initial interview. We then set a schedule for work, child interactions, rehab meetings etc. to meet the requirement by the Court order.
Payment:
Our fees for the monitoring are $15 per day which is approx. $450 per month for the confinement. There is a $50 setup fee for data input and hookup of client. The first month and the setup fee are due at the initial interview. Payments are made prior to the month of the monitoring (before the month begins). We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Those with financial hardships can apply for payment plans. Clients are responsible for all costs related to drug testing.
