North Bay EM has been involved with electronic monitoring since 2007. Our service area is the North Bay Area, which includes the counties of Marin, Napa, Sonoma, Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano. In these counties we have monitored clients with gang restrictions, home confinement, work only, stay away zones and alcohol restrictions. We have aligned our self with the most advanced GPS monitoring systems available. Our systems offer real time monitoring; GPS locators and most have voice communication. We can create any “Exclusion Zones” or “Inclusion Zone” along with most other special or unique conditions required by the court, parole or probation order.

All our systems work off web based tracking software. This tracking software allows easy access to the clients movements via real time tracking maps. Our programs provide instant notifications of any violations of setup parameters.

Our programs are developed to electronically monitor clients at pretrial, post conviction, home confinement, and work release and alcohol restrictions. These systems give much more surveillance than supervised OR.

The client prepays all costs for these programs before monitoring begins. Our goal is to get qualified clients out of custody and back home, saving the taxpayer and county time and money.
